About Superga — Superga is an iconic Italian footwear brand with a heritage dating back to 1925, when it introduced the 2750 Cotu Classic, one of the first sneakers in Italy produced using natural rubber vulcanization. Defined by its timeless design and versatility, the 2750 has become a staple in the modern wardrobe.
The brand has maintained cultural relevance through global ambassadors such as Hailey Bieber, Alexa Chung, and Emily Ratajkowski, as well as collaborations with brands including Fendi and Rodarte, positioning Superga at the intersection of heritage and contemporary fashion.
My Role — As Marketing Manager, I led the development and execution of integrated marketing initiatives, adapting global brand strategies to resonate with the Brazilian market.
My role spanned campaign development, content creation, and retail experience, overseeing everything from digital and social content to in-store displays and events. I worked cross-functionally with agencies, creatives, and partners to ensure consistency across all touchpoints, while managing timelines, deliverables, and external relationships.
I also established KPIs to track performance and optimize campaigns, aligning creative execution with broader business objectives.
Results
Led the art direction and development of a new website, including homepage design, ensuring alignment with global brand guidelines and overseeing execution with external partners
Successfully localized global ambassador campaigns featuring Hailey Bieber and Alexa Chung, adapting them for the Brazilian market while maintaining brand consistency
Contributed to co-branded campaigns with partners such as Calzedonia and Blue Bird Shoes, supporting creative direction, product positioning, and campaign messaging
